Musician/Composer Dave Getchell Creates Our Theme Song - April 18, 2004
By Maurice Ali, Journalist
Dave Getchell, noted singer/composer/guitarist has written the musical score that will become Fortress Of Freedom's theme music. The composition is called FOFDOT and when I first heard it, the melody reminded me of marching and struggle.....what we are about. Dave took upon this challenge of our theme song and quickly came up with what I think is a winner! All of us at this organization are indebted to Dave for his unselfish contribution of his obvious talent in helping our cause. Thank you!
Below you will find a photo of Mr. Getchell and underneath a link to play the clip of our theme FOFDOT (files are in MID format). I have also included another of Dave's compositions - for your listening pleasure - entitled: FUGALISM.
